Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat is a vibrant, family-friendly musical that brings the biblical story of Joseph to life with humor, heart, and an unforgettable score by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice. Told through a joyful mix of musical styles, the show follows Joseph, his colorful coat, and his journey from hardship to hope as he learns the power of faith, forgiveness, and perseverance. Bursting with energy, laughter, and timeless lessons, this beloved musical celebrates dreams, resilience, and the promise that good things can come from even the hardest seasons.

JUNE CABARET 2026 AUDITIONS
Ages 18+
Our adult performers take the stage to share Broadway’s most powerful, funny, and inspiring songs/ each one chosen to reflect personal stories, community, and faith. This cabaret isn’t just a concert- it’s a celebration of why we sing, why we connect, and why we’re all created to create. Every voice matters, and every story has a song.
Audition Requirements
Fill out the form and choose a 30 minute timeslot.
Auditioners will go in seven people at a time for 30 minutes to sing a 45 seconds to 1 minute song.
Choose any Broadway song that shows your range. This would not be a song you’re hoping to put in the show necessarily. The Cabaret is going to be very ensemble based with a lot of group numbers and less solos.

Chicago: Teen Edition Auditions
STAND Summer 2026 TEEN Intensive
Chicago: Teen Edition brings the razzle-dazzle of Broadway to life with a high-energy, age-appropriate adaptation of the iconic musical. Set in the roaring 1920s, this sharp and satirical show follows Roxie Hart and Velma Kelly as they chase fame, fortune, and freedom through dazzling dance numbers and unforgettable music, all while lampooning celebrity culture and the justice system. With its bold choreography, jazzy score, and larger-than-life characters, Chicago: Teen Edition is a thrilling opportunity for young performers to shine and for audiences to be thoroughly entertained.

Fill out the audition form and attach a video of you singing a 30-45 second Broadway or Jazz song.
Optional: You are welcome to email headshots and resumes to renee@standministries.org. (Headshot and bio will be needed for the show program in June.)
You will have materials for a month before rehearsal begins.

STAND Performing Arts is excited to announce auditions for Oliver! The Musical, the timeless classic based on Charles Dickens’ Oliver Twist. This energetic, heart-filled show features unforgettable music, dynamic choreography, and a wide range of roles for performers of all ages. We are seeking dedicated, collaborative artists who are ready to bring this vibrant world to life.

Hadestown: Teen Edition

Hadestown is a haunting, jazz infused retelling of the ancient myth of Orpheus and Eurydice, set in a world where love, hope, and perseverance are tested against fear and doubt. With powerful music by Anaïs Mitchell, the story follows two intertwining love stories as they journey to the underworld and back, asking what it means to trust, to sacrifice, and to believe in love even when the road is hard. A deeply moving theatrical experience, Hadestown invites audiences to listen closely and to hope bravely.

What Is STAND Select? This is STAND’s Professional Performance Team. We are hired to perform and minister at Festivals, Schools, churches, and more! (Bonus: If Stand is paid - you are paid!)
Who can Audition? Performers between the ages of 14-30.
The audition will include a Hip Hop Combo (sent to learn beforehand) and a 30-second vocal audition.
Rehearsals: Tuesdays from 5-6 PM and Saturdays from 1-2 PM
NOTICE: Performance Teams are an August-May commitment.

STAND UP

What Is STAND Up? This is STAND’s K-6th Performance Team.
Who can Audition? K-6th Students who are advancing in Hip-Hop, Acting, and Vocals.
The audition will include a Hip Hop Combo (sent to learn beforehand) and a 30-second vocal audition.
Rehearsals: Tuesdays from 6-7 PM.
NOTICE: Performance Teams are a 2-semester commitment - auditions don't happen again till the next summer for the next year.

What Is STAND Strong? This is STAND’s 5th-12th Performance Team.
Who can Audition? Performers between the ages of 8-19.
