ABOUT STAND

History

Stand Ministries is a non-profit organization established in 2005. Due to the awesome amount of invitations for Stand to perform, God lead the team to start their own Stand performance group. Therefore, in 2010, Stand began training and discipling kids and teens in dances, songs and dramas as well as teaching them how to minister at Stand events.

Stand Ministries has been blessed to perform in several school districts, Christian festivals such as KLTY’s Celebrate Freedom Dallas, Celebrate Freedom Atlanta, Creationist West, T.D. Jakes Megafest, as well as churches such as The Potter’s House, Gateway Church, and Oak Cliff Bible Church. Stand has also been blessed to partner with Evangelists such as Andrew Palau and Reid Saunders ministering overseas in Uganda, Africa, Haiti, Nepal and Honduras.

God continues to expand the Vision of Stand Ministries. Stand is now creating their own original musical productions using hip-hop and pop culture to teach biblical principles. Get ready for all the awesomeness God will be doing through Stand Ministries in the near future!

  • Philosophy

When kids and teens experience freedom by realizing who they are in Christ, they discover their calling and purpose in life. Once in the pursuit of their purpose, students forsake destructive and meaningless life style choices. Therefore, we believe that by teaching the next generation about their gifts and talents we are empowering them to be all there are created to be.

  • Vision.

Stand’s vision is to spark a spiritual revival in the youth of the next generation. Our desire is to see kids and teens challenged in their faith, to rise up into their calling, and to change the world.

  • Mission.

Stand exists to empower the next generation to take a stand and be all they are created to be using the Performing Arts. Student’s gifts and talents are developed through leadership classes, and then used to reach the multitudes by performing at festivals, churches, and schools teaching students to Stand Up, Stand Strong, and Stand Out!
